Here at Edible Lehigh Valley, we bring our passion for the local food community to the region, illuminating food, farming and community—and all their points of intersection, extending into the Poconos and Lancaster County. Whether it’s the restaurant chef who’s going out of his way to feature an unusual locally grown ingredient, a food maker who’s bringing traditional foods to a new audience, or the countless growers, creators, and farmers who feed us, Edible Lehigh Valley wants to know about it.
As part of the James Beard award-winning Edible Communities network of 90 titles, we share in the mission to transform the way we shop for, cook, eat and relate to our local food community.
